A Quick Response

This is in response to the questions in the comments from the last few blogs...

Mom,
No, I do not have Hamlet's FULL soliloquy memorized, but I do remember the beginning portion of,

"To be, or not to be: that is the question: Whether 'tis nobler in the mind to suffer the slings and arrows of outrageous fortune, or to take arms against a sea of troubles, and by opposing end them? To die: to sleep; No more; and by a sleep to say we end the heart-ache and the thousand natural shocks that flesh is heir to, 'tis a consummation devoutly to be wish'd. To die, to sleep; to sleep: perchance to dream: ay, there's the rub; for in that sleep of death what dreams may come when we have shuffled off this mortal coil, must give us pause."

The rest I found and copied fromthe manuscript.

Favorite Aunt,

Are you still feeding the squirrels that were cared for by your father for so long? Of course I know who you are :oP

Prom Date,

You don't have to worry about anything regarding your pseudonym, I told Julie that I would have happily taken you to my prom, but YOU are the one who finally backed out! tee hee
(You did tell David about our "little secret" didn't you? :oP )

I thank everyone who posts here and reads this blog for your comments and support, it is refreshing to be able to communicate to everyone so readily.

If I can find them, my next blog will be one of my short stories that I used to send to Julie....that is if I can find them.

Well, until the next time!

Greetings from a far different corner of the world. It is good to hear that you have found two intellignent people to talk to in one place. That, in and of itself is an accomplisment to be envied. I admire that you seek to learn more of the culture in which you find yourself. Most military people serve time in a country and leave knowing little more about the people than they did when they entered.
I am aslo happy to hear that you have reduced your initial, all encompassing generalization to, "Most people suck." The truth was more eloquently put by your friend the imortal bard when he said, "The common curse of mankind---folly and ignorance." Troilus and Cressida (Act II, Scent III).
God Bless and keep you until you return to hearth and home.

Ah...finally a bright sunny day. Now the question is, what to do? I think Bug-Z would love to go for a nice walk around Baxter Island. I'll have to bring Julie, Chaos & Mayhem. It's a nice shady path. The Huskies will love it!
Do you remember Rock State Park? Climbing up to the King & Queens seats. I was telling Julie about it when Kevin & I were visiting her. I really think she would like it. You'll have to show it to her whe you get back. Remember that spectacular view? I used to go early in the morning with my journal & draw. There were always people there either repelling or climbing up the rock face. So cool!
Miss you Bro! Much love to you.

You remember Papa and his squirrels. So you must remember that they lost alot of their fear and would come up to the back door and take the peanut right out of your hand. There are still squirrels in the woods out back and I love watching them chase each other through the trees, however, I do not feed them. You see, I have a dog (as you know) and a cat. Cinnamon is a very good mouser, bringing me a presents now and again. I also have skunks that live under my shed, groundhogs that live under my neighbors shed and we share raccoons somewhere out back. We also used to have an opposum and a red fox. Not wanting to have all these animals on my back deck, I have restrained myself from feeding the squirrels.

Luv ya,
Favorite Aunt

What a day!! I honestly don't know how scientists find their way to their labs...if I get another email from one of them asking me to somehow miraclulously change the HR and immigration policies concerning their research fellows I'll....well, I haven't decided what I'll do, but it will be something!!!!!
It's 4:15 and I'll be leaving soon to have dinner at Ruby Tuesdays with 3 other Pastor's wives. The conversation should be lively.
I sent my first package off to you today and the lady at the post office was a jewel. Please let me know when you get it.
Julie's birthday is tomorrow, but I'm throwing her a birthday party when she visits in September so if you have suggestions for little gifts let me know in an email.
We've got rain today, works for me on days I work, but sure hope tomorrow is sunny. I'm taking Mamo and LA to a 1950s diner for lunch.
Love you lots.

I'm casting my guess for the first name of Mysterio....would that be...David???? I'm thinking it's got something to do with a role he's had in a play....I think I may have even seen a photo of said character when Kevin & I visited in May. I'm such a sleuth.

Cowboy??? Is that you Uncle George???
If so...howdie from your Red headed niece.

Anyway...Lil' Brother...I'm thinking about you!
Love you lots!!!

I notice favorite aunt has a squirrel problem. I have a way to handle that. I am available to help in that area. How did squirrels get into this anyway? Perhaps we could send some squirrels your way. Then again, it sounds like you have more than your share already. God Bless

Dear Red in mE,

I know who you are!

Hello Ralek. Good post. I like fishing in the rain. I can readily understand how one could miss something that we take for granted. But then again don't we tend to take most things for granted?
Speaking of fishing...Choirboy 33...are you ready? I believe I hear those bass calling for this coming Monday.
