I made some site adjustments today, and just wanted to make sure that everyone knew. Also with the requests from everyone to "just say hi" I am going against my nature and just tap tap tapping away so that people know I am still here and not ignoring them.
Feel free to peruse the links to the right of the page and also you can click on the news links at the bottom of the page to get the latest headlines from a couple of different news sites.
I am trying to get permission to put links to other sites on my blog, but until then we will have to deal with what is currently here.
I will update the content as time goes on, and as I find new sites to read and enjoy.

Its my turn to have writers block :( I wanted to post something very special for 9/11 but nothing I started to write felt right. I spent most of that day pretty silent as the day started to unfold pretty much telling me to not leave Maine yet. First the jeep battery died and my cell phone battery died too the morning I was suppose to leave. I took the opportunity to reflect and be thankful for Ralek and his awesome family.
Thank you all for being so warm and welcoming. Me and the furries had a great time, and we can't wait to see you all again. I'm sorry the visit was so short but it has definitely been filled with a lot of precious memories!
Two weeks of pure family and fun is so much different to an empty quiet house. In the end I came home to the feeling that fall is in the air, and a cold and lonely winter is approaching. It was sadening at first, but an overall feeling that we've gotten this far and Ralek will be all done and home before we know it.
Keeping my chin up and anticipating the beauty of rainbows after the storms.
